So I'm assuming they do the charges when it gets to Louisville and not Anchorage. Others have been thinking they do them in Anchorage.

I don't think there's been anything into Anchorage from China in the past 24 hours. I'd say charging in Louisville is very likely.

Unfortunately, there are no scheduled flights visible on flightaware right now.

Don't get too excited about the conf email time, there can be a variety of delays in emails being received (and the timestamp is when you got the email, not when Apple sent it). It is really only a rough estimate of where your order is in line, by no means is it a guarantee.

There's still lots of people in the 3 minute range that still haven't had a charge.
