I'm not trying to start a flame war here but some of you guys are blowing things out of proportion with the emails to the CEO.
I'm disappointed just as much as you guys are that I didn't get my watch on release day, all of us following this thread are. The problem is when we all clicked that button to place our order it clearly stated 4/24-5/8 and it's only 4/26 for most of us. If many of you are right, they are going by exact order time and it doesn't get much more fair than that IMO.
The communication was unclear since we knew they would start delivering devices on the 24th, but they clearly stated "some" not all were going to get them on day 1. Even though the BSB has felt like it was put on the back burner, we're still nowhere near 5/8 promise yet.
I think they should have prepared better and given more distinct information, but they still haven't failed on any of the promises they have made. Many of us compared this launch to others and expected that we would still get them on day 1 and chose to ignore that we we're given a two-week range for a reason. I blame myself for my disappointment since I was overly optimistic about getting it early when it was never guaranteed.
