Not to be rude, but when you ordered something from Apple in the past did it show your shipping began in China where it was produced or at a main carrier hub near your residence. They ship it to the US, charge you when it is near you, and then deliver. The latter is the the way it's been for this launch.

Not wanting to be rude either, why should we be, are you thinking about being rude?

Depends on what I ordered. SOme items from China and some from stateside but none shipped without my status changing and credit card charged.

I am with you as I want my watch, too. But until I see my card charged and status change, I am not going to get my hopes up!

Adding to my last comment, apple charges you the latest possible and changes your status to shipped when it's actually in the states because of the return window. It starts when your product ships so imagine if they charged you when you placed the order and you don't receive it by the time the 14 day return window closes. Doesn't make sense does it?

My wife's 38mm SS WSB got charged last Tuesday and was received on Friday. When we received it there was no charge or hold on the card. The charge did not appear until this Monday morning. Also, I could get tracking information via MyUPS right after I noticed the charge. However, my status still showed processing. In fact, it didn't move to shipped until Friday or over night on Thursday. The iOS app notified me Friday morning. The watch was delivered at 9:30 AM on Friday, confirmed by my wife's excited text messages. I didn't get the notice on the iOS App until after 5:00 PM. This launch is clearly not the normal progression through Processing, Prepared for Shipment, Shipped.

14 days from time you receive product.

Did everyone here go with the standard shipping? I was on Chat with Apple and they said standard shipping can take 8 to 10 days from shipment.

I believe this is correct on return policy however your warranty starts from being billed I think. My watch is in my support portal and says warranty expires in 2 years from the 25th but I wont be receiving my watch until the 29th.

Just received my UPS tracking number, was charged, and will receive tomorrow.

My other order for the same is still processing.

did anyone in northern california that ordered 42mm ss get charged last week? and have you seen any change in order status?:(

Ah they really over night it. It just says standard shipping. It's been like that for all launches. Apple reps don't know much.

I got charged last night, delivery 9am-1pm EST tomorrow. The good news is from charge to delivery is a little 24 hours, which is not bad at all.
