iPhone 13 Pro Max Who returned there Sierra Blue

Keeping mine, it’s the best colour of the four available and I love it
I went the opposite way… I preordered the graphite, because I thought the sierra blue looked too baby blue and feminine in the pictures (I know that some people in here don’t like the terms masculine or feminine when it comes to colors, but that’s how I felt). But, when the graphite came, I discovered that it was exactly the same color as my graphite 12 PM (I was hoping for a somewhat darker variation). So, I returned it for the sierra blue, and I couldn’t be happier. This looks so much more like a new phone, and the blue is absolutely gorgeous. I don’t think I’ll go back to graphite again.
I like the Sierra Blue color so much that I decided to rock it naked (with AppleCare+ though). 😂
Got the Sierra Blue 13PM with an open mind. I've always been a white/silver or gold iPhone guy. When I picked up the 13PM last Friday at Apple and saw it on display...I totally loved the look. The color on the actual box is different versus real life. 2 of my customers have already complimented the color. Not that it matters. I'm liking and enjoying the new change. Even my kids said 'finally Dad no longer got another gold iPhone"
All the time. I only use a clear case. What's the point of having a color you like only to cover it up.
The color range on Sierra Blue is insane. Grey, steel blue, soft blue, pale purple. It’s crazy. Definitely enjoying it.

Ummm you only see the front. Unless you’re constantly flipping it around to admire the beauty of calming blue. 😂😂😂
I place my phone face down on surfaces, so I see the back all the time.
I was skeptical, but ordered it, as not a fan of white phones, graphite is boring, and gold is super tacky. It has grown on me, and too my eyes is more a steel blue, than a baby blue which I was a bit worried about. Having said that it lives in an abyss blue silicone case so colour is moot really

Especially now that the camera protrudes so much, it is much better (IMHO) to place it face down.
Like I said, I’m not ogling the back of the phone… plenty of other things in life to focus on! 😉🤔
Oh and for your edification … I leave it screen side up, most of the time, since that’s how I see alerts. 😐
I understand it’s new, give it 6 months, they’ll be a new shiny object to play with. 😂😂😂

In this day and age of cases, who really cares what their phone looks like underneath?
I’m keeping mine too. Really nice color. The color isn’t that big of a deal. I actually like them all.

I get it. If face up or covered with a case is how you stop yourself from ogling the phone, do what you need to.
Glad you have a solution that works for you to be able to focus on who you’re with rather than your phone 👍
Most folks don’t have that issue. Typically people are able to appreciate the color in passing, rather than your incorrectly presumed extreme of ogling.

I’m keeping it. It’s a beautiful color. Apple nailed it. I love the fact it changes the color saturation based on the room temperature or lighting.
I’m one of those oddballs who takes it out of its case to admire it, rock it at home naked, and to wipe the dust off with a microfiber. And oh yeah I got an apple leather case for it so it slips in and out easy enough for me.
It’s a color…. Happy you’re enthralled with it.
rinse repeat next year.. with whatever new color is introduced.
I love my Sierra blue so much that I don’t think I’ll trade it in next year. I’d like to keep it!
