Hemi Orange. Oh yeah!

That would be red-orange.eVolcre said:Actually, no, that particular orange doesn't work. Too light. Know which one WOULD work though - the Nissan orange. I've seen it on a Murano and also the 350z. Looks pretty sharp. It's a darker shade that is actually closer to a rust color. Not orange, not red, something in between. I'll see if I can find a pic.
they cant change the ibook to black because white is the signiture of the 'I" line of Apple products. As for black pb, if you are going to offer a black pb youd have to offer a black pmcalyxman said:I personally would love to see a minor revision to the look of the iBook. Keep the polycarbonate casing but make it black instead of white, and change the color of the Apple backlight to graphite or aqua light blue. That would be wicked!
I'd also like to see a 15" iBook and, once and for all, a screen resolution greater than 1024x768 (come on Apple, this is 2005).
As for the Powerbooks, I don't mind the design as it fits the professional design scheme. Maybe offer that in black too.![]()
What's your thoughts?
Not necessarily. While they have established the idea of metal for pro products lately, back during the times of the G3 PowerBook, there was no such connection and I personally don't feel that one is not absolutely necessary. I wouldn't mind them going back to black though; I always liked the look of the Pismo, inasmuch as I love the aluminum on the newest PowerBooks.themacman said:As for black pb, if you are going to offer a black pb youd have to offer a black pm
I wonder what they'll be doing with that part of the family, now that the Mac mini is sporting the aluminumininium look.themacman said:they cant change the ibook to black because white is the signiture of the 'I" line of Apple products. MontyZ said:I like black. I like red. Just not together. To me, it looks too Dracula-like. The U2 iPod looks good, but, I wasn't sure why they chose those two colors to use together.
eVolcre said:I gotta try that! Could look pretty damn good.
You're pretty good with that Photoshop. Red and black are too Halloweeny to me. You know, Dracula's cape and stuff.efoto said:Not really my fave either, so same ol' disclaimer, quick and crappy job, but here is a black PB with a few red accents, just to give a quick idea. Personally I don't care for it, but I don't like the U2 iPod either![]()
They can call it the Mactrino. That'll get the Intel-haters' panties in a knot!Raven VII said:Well, one awesome thing about Apple going Intel is that they'll probably use the Centrino technologies, and make laptops even thinner!![]()

How about a 24-karat gold laptop! It would be damn heavy, but, very shiny.
