Who wants swype?

i think it's stupid and would never use it.

i think it's one of those features that you would get tired of. it's there to "show off" to your friends because it's not a feature you see in every phone.

Show off? ...LOL. Most Androids have it now so theres no need to show off. Its just faster. I hated typing on my iPhone. Mistake after mistake and another good thing about Android, ...at least on my phone, i have 4 choices of keyboard styles.
Swype is just one of them. They all have the choice of voice texting. And i certainly dont get tired of using Swype.

it just seems like a more "hands on experience" when you are texting. I usually think that apple makes the right decisions, but with steve always talking about how amazing and fluent he wants these ios devices to be, swype would be easily the most fluent keyboard for these all touch devices. I was with you on the whole "no flash on iPhone" deal, but I won't be with you on this. sorry steve!

swype is ok, its pretty neat but if i had to choose, id get the windows phone 7 keyboard. i love that sound it makes plus the iphone auto correct is just plain retarded

who wouldnt? after some practice you can type faster with one hand than you could on a normal keyboard with two.

The idea of Swype is fantastic but I just couldn't get used to it.

I'm in on the Android Beta and it came preinstalled on my Tab but if I had the choice between Apple's keyboard or Swype on iOS, I'd go for Apple's myself.

the iPhone auto correct is the only way I can stay sane and type in on all touch keyboard.

It is now at a point where I sit with my iPad and find myself trying to "swype" instead of type. I do wish they had it for the iPad.

There are a few annoyances with this idea that "awesomeness" is a secret word, but it recognized the F word for me before it seemed to recognize "awesome". Anything device that knows I have a potty mouth and accepts it is a device for me!

I strongly prefer Swype. I'm a few months in with the iPhone4 and the stock keyboard (and associated auto-correct system) still frustrates me daily.

For those voting "no," is it safe to assume that you simply wouldn't use it? Or that, for some questionable iReason, you don't want Swype available as an option?

I'd like to have it as an option. I've used it on my daughters Samsung Fascinate and it really works as advertised.
