Who will shell out for a new iPhone 4S even if there isn't a iPhone 5?

I need one so Ill be getting a 4S!

My question is will Siri work on the I4 with the new IOS5 software??

Im a very big supporter of android but i think i might be buying it. the overall quality of the iOS ecosystem is just better. hopefully android and even WP7 will eventually catch up so we can go back to buying things strictly on specs alone

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

HISS!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

A faster processor on a phone is so boring to me I wouldn't even think about shelling out for a new 4s when I already have a 4.

Sorry, I am just not excited about the upgrades. I hardly ever buy apps, I like the web browser, email and screen. What I really want is a new design (one that doesn't make this phone look like it's from 2001) and a larger screen with less plastic edges.

I love the droid hardware choices, I wish the OS wasn't ****.

my 3GS is dying so I will buy a new phone.

Thinking about an unlocked iPhone 4 or 4s. If the unlocked is too expensive then I look at the iPhone 4GS because the price difference to the iPhone 4 is too small to compromise.

However at the same time I will look into Android unlocked phones.

I just realized that the killer application besides phone, email and internet is the ability of the iPhones to listen to audiobooks at 2x speed. Can android phones do that?

The only way I would upgrade would be to sell my current 4. In the past, I have always sold my old phones on craigslist and those paid for my upgrades.

I sold my 16GB 3GS for $350 -- then bought the 32GB 4. So if I come out nearly even for a 4S then I'll do it.
