how's it going, and what time did you show up?

and because i'm sure it's just a matter of time, please keep the negative comments out

Are you in line already?

People are selling their front spots in line for $500-$1000 at the Michigan Ave store in Chicago. Insanity.

I plan on going to the less absurd (but actually larger) Chicago store around 5:30am. I'm sure I will be in line for a couple of hours, but it's a huge store, so I hope they will have enough stock.

Good luck as most stores in the Chi will definitely be packed at that hour and bank on waiting more than 2 hours.

I'm planning on going to my nearest AT&T store at 4:30AM and hopefully there won't be a crazy line yet.

Nah, free country. Anyone sitting in line for a cell phone overnight is sad and crazy and I worked at an Apple Store which had it's grand opening during the first iPhone launch. All I can say is...Nope.

I'm gonna head over to the Apple Store at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga pretty soon. I have to go there anyway. I'll let you guys know and maybe post some pictures.

I intend to join the queue sometime after store opening (UK) to get some accessories. My phones on preorder through Orange, so who knows when its going to turn up.

To the people in line, what accessories are you going to expect them to have in stock? And what will you pick up with the new phone.
