I ordered my iphone 6 plus att next sg 64gb on 9/27 with a delivery window of 11/5-11/15 and has been preparing for shipment since day i placed order. they took money out of acct (bank said was pending) then it just disappeared and money was no longer pending.

yesterday afternoon it was preparing for shipment then my status changed this morning. Apple says i'll get my phone on the 27th but UPS tracking says the 24th.
