Have you sold your iPhone yet?

In Asia, no one buys secondary phones.

There's Craig's List, Ebay, and auction sites, but they fare very terribly when it comes to auctioning off 2nd hand electronics.

The Western mentality and tolerance for a used electronic is different and quite refreshing. But I wouldn't want a second hand electronic.

My iPhone 5 is serving me well, having an iPad 4 doesn't allow me to fully depend on my iPhone. On the contrary I'm planning selling my iPad if iPad 5 has many things to offer and for sure the plan will only be materialized after the release of iPad 5

My 5 has a faulty home button. The day my 5S comes in ill be sending the 5 back to be replaced and then sell the new 5.

After doing curious research of going rates for iPhones in my area these days, it's quite obvious that the market is heavily saturated. There's so many devices out there now. Granted, I'm sure I could move mine being GSM unlocked and w/ AppleCare until Dec., but it probably won't fetch too much above the AT&T-locked, out-of-warranty ones. I'm still undecided of what and when my next device will be anyway, as I'm enjoying the performance of iOS 7 on my 4S, so at the moment, I'm standing pat. We'll see after the 5S/C announcements. With iOS 7, tho, I can see myself waiting yet another year and hold onto this upgrade and unlimited data plan...

I plan on bringing back my iphone 5 to the apple store for a replacement) it has a non working volume button, the lightning charger is messed up too, sometimes i plug in my charger and dont here any chime. Other times i hear multiple chimes. And for some reason my internet connection is totally unusable about 30% of the time.

But i am planning on getting a replacement iphone 5. Selling it to my younger brother for $50.00 and buying a 5s when it comes out. I always get the latest iphone, and sell my current phone to my brother or other family member for a good deal.

I know my brother is looking for work, just had repairs done to his truck. And $50.00 dollars is a lot of money to him. I put the money toward my new iphone.

The first couple of times i upgraded, i gave my old iphone to family. But afterwords thought that wasnt a good idea. They didnt appreciate what they were getting. Now i just sell for a really good price.

I always did find it funny how my carrier "punishes" me for upgrading. And i sign a 2 year contract but a new phone comes out every year, so i end up paying top dollar. Just thought it was weird.

I'll keep my iPhone 5 for now no matter what the iPhone 5S offers.

I'll probably get one sometime in the Spring of 2014 when the 2nd hand market is littered with people selling them for a few hundred dollars below retail.

I'll say I'll sell my iPhone 4 and get a 5S, but chances are I won't have the money to do so and I'll stick with my 4.

Holding onto my 5 and letting iOS scratch the need something new itch. Next year probably get a 6C unless they are extremely neutered.

I found my old 3G today and found myself missing the plastic so if it was as good as 5 I would definitely be interested in switching. I'm clumsy and hate cases, so id love a plastic iphone strangely.

Selling the 5 for the HTC One. I can't do another "S" version of the iPhone especially with the tacky gold/champage color. At least add a cool color to the mix!

For the first time since the original iPhone, I'm skipping the "S" version this time. My 5 does all I want, and I'm going to wait for the 6...Saving some money, but not a whole bunch. The 4S was a worthwhile upgrade adding as it did Siri etc, but the 5S is a skip for me.

Since my 4 is unlocked, I'm going to use it for overseas trips until I can get the 5S unlocked.

iPhone resell prices aren't great on Craigslist in many cities these days.

It's all about supply and demand.

Plus many people are happy with the current phones so don't feel the need to upgrade.

Heck I just found a mint S4 for $360 yesterday on Craigslist with box and everything. So as a buyer u may get some great deals.

You are very right about craigslist being a buyer's market. I bought an iPhone 5 white mint att for $300, a sprint iPhone 5 scratched up for $100, galaxy s4 activ for $350, iPad 4 32gb for $320, iPhone 4s 32gb for $200. I resell all on eBay.
