Well, I just played Call of Duty 4 on my friend's Xbox 360 all evening yesterday from start to finish and I can say: "Wow, graphics are so realistic". It was on a 65" TV too.

People slag the Wii for not being a HD console, that it's max is 480p and all that jazz. Yet all these best looking "HD console" games are sub 720p, making them ED and not HD.
It's amazing how these buzzwords catch on and people say "The Wii looks crap because it isn't HD"... No! The Wii looks crap because it lacks shaders and friends that the other systems have.
It's like how PC players talk about FPS games lagging when they're actually getting dropped frames from their system having to render so much. Dropped frames =/= lag and HD =/= Awesome graphics.
Correct terms people 😛 time to put all this HD nonsense to bed. And other silly terms.

I get the feeling the PS3 will surpass the Xbox 360 one day in terms of graphics... Though by then Microsoft might have a new gaming system out that trounces the PS3. 😛
The PS3s and Xbox 360s are still not being used to their "true" potential.
In the end, I like the PS3 a little bit more than Xbox 360 and I think a "true" PS3 game will look better than a "true" Xbox 360 game.
for someone who fell for gflpraxis' post, i cant take what you say with any seriousness lol as you frankly have no clue about the machines in question lol
