Why did Apple come back out with space grey?

As much as I like my white iPhone X, the space grey looks really gorgeous in person. In photo the white looks better.

I do to was just wondering. Now the old space grey I really didn’t like. The matte black was a lot better imo. Now I do like the new one better then both cause it’s more of a charcoal grey.

Apple has so many iterations of space gray, it's hard to keep up with. It's the one color they change throughout all their products and have the most inconsistency with.

wondering how matte black would look on a glass back ??
Maybe matte black would highlight more scratches on the glass

They need to boost sales in March so they'll likely release a jet black and gold version.

I hope Apple will release product red color for the iPhone X. Product red color is the ultimate best color for the iPhone X as it is the most stunning color.

As the general design for iPhones is basically fixed now for the next several years (X), you can expect many variations in size, colour and finish. So sooner or later I guess you‘ll definitely get a black X.
