Say developer A has a card game, and developer B has a card game ...
How come developer A can add 6 + variations of the game but developer B cannot and is told to just have one?

Example:

I have a Forty Thieves Game and a Klondike game. Apple says it is spam and locks updates until resolved i.e. one of the apps removed.

Developer B has a Forty Thieves game but Apple is fine with them adding Klondike, Spider, Pyramid, Tripeaks etc and branded versions of the same game. So ... say 8 times more of what is in their view now 'spam'.

I'm fine if it is spam and we are all treated the same. Either it is, or it isn't.

Is it just favoritism? Is there a way to complain? It just seems completely unfair.
