Never had a device (iPhone 5s) that crashed so much. Apps crash constantly and once every couple of weeks the entire phone crashes and goes to white boot logo.

I should of kept my iPhone 5. But not sure if its the phone or the ios. Ugh I'm just venting. Is there going to be a fix for this?

Because it's iOS7.

I'm running iOS 7.0.4 and I've never had an issue with my phone.
It's probably the phone itself

I have two iPhone 5S and neither crashes - of course I did a clean install on launch day of 7.0.1 and did not restore to backup.
Used tabs in iTunes to restore content only.

Both are on 7.0.4 now and they do not crash.

i have tons of crash logs from apps and the battery plain sucks now. i have a feeling its the apps, not necessarily ios 7.

uh, did you do a restore from backup? if so, sometimes this can be a problem going to a new iPhone. I have not heard of this, let us know if you set up your iPhone 5s as new or restored from backup. Most people have less problems setting up as new. It's just one of those things with iPhones, sometimes the system settings from older iPhones just don't work with the new ones.

I have iPhone 5 w/ios 7, had iOS 6 on it b4. ...I will admit, it had an issue w/wifi when iOS 7 went from beta to public, so, I did another DFU mode restore and then it was fine. (I could not connect to wifi at first). I started with iOS 7 betas in July.

I had the same problem with apps crashing as well. I left Android after 4 years since people swore that iOS was more stable than Android. What a joke. I traded my 5s for a Note 3.

I did a clean phone setup on 7 and only restored iCloud stuff, and installed all my apps one by one fresh. I have noticed in iOS7 that the apps crash a lot, I have had the iPhone 5 reset and reboot on me twice. I never had any issues under 6, I just think there are more things to work out, also the fact that some of the stock stuff is so plain white and very hard to read. I hate Calendar now, NotePad stinks, and some of the other features just are not worth the enhancements but I guess there is no sense fighting it, it is just the wave of the future.

I don't understand how such a primitive OS on a phone can lag so much. No multitasking and its STILL this terrible? Apple buried themselves here.. I think Android's finally the clear winner and its not by Google's own accomplishments.

It's a conspiracy.... Apple want you all to upgrade and buy all their latest hardware....
Yup, that makes even more sense when the discussion actually seems to be related to the latest hardware...

No crashes here on my 4S or mini.

Good for you!

I have also had more crashes than all my previous 3 iPads combined and only have the Air for less than a month. :(

Nope - as posted above

I noticed thursday my iPhone spontaneously restarted. First time in years, I was only listening to pandora. I've been rocking with Pandora and on 7.0.3, since this was the only crash in memory I'll not say it crashes so much.

My opinion is that its quite stable.

i guess I should have wrote 'sarcasm' if it's a joke, else it just goes over some people head...
The joke just didn't really work all that well in this case.
