Anybody else thinking it's cooler than white-gold?
 
He probably hates it because it generally looks quite tacky IMO. I think white and gold compliment each other on an iPhone but not with black thrown into the equation. Just my view.

mock ups or artist renders like the above use "real gold" color that is tacky

I speak about the usual "apple gold" that is more tasteful anyway
 
If you're getting a Rolex Submariner, you get the all stainless version. The two-tone black/gold and blue/gold, although more expensive, look awful. Gawdy, tacky and cheap looking! The same is true for an iPhone. Premium product or not, it looks horrible.
 
People were saying the same for white gold, then when apple told them it was cool suddenly it was the best idea ever
 
Jonny must an Albion fan, must be the reason he hates the black and gold of the dingles.

Should be a limited amount of people that understands this.
