What exactly does it mean that 3.60 GB is "used"?

The computer isn't slowing down, I'm just wondering how this works haha.

That just shows you how much of your RAM you are using. If 3.60 GB is "used," this means you are using 3.60 GB of your available 4 GB. If you close some programs, you should see that number decrease. Hope this helps.
