Why doesnt Amazon.com have the new Macbook Pros?

Unless I'm way off, this is 15" MacBook Pro (the new one) is in stock by Amazon, with free shipping and no sales tax (only on certain states).

I was looking under the product name, but idk.

Just go to an apple store and suck up the sales tax. Unless, you can go to a state nearby where the sales tax is close to none or none at all.

Any model with a 250GB drive is back ordered 1-2 months by Amazon. These same models from Apple ship in 7-10 days as opposed to 24 hours like all other models. I'm guessing Apple has a shortage of 250GB 5400rpm drives.
