So here I am looking at a mechanical keyboard that I have been wanting. I've been waiting for it to come back in stock for about 3-4 weeks now. Now that it is in stock, I add it to my shopping cart but I can't seem to checkout. I'm thinking now its 130.00 and I have perfectly working fine Logitech G110 keyboard on my desk that I am using.

god it's upsetting.

well I flipped a coin best out of 3. Heads came up twice immediately after that I hit process order and it's now ordered lol.

It's a good trait to have, to buy only what you really need.

I'm the opposite, I tend to buy stupid **** on a whim. Someone should really manage my account for me :p

Do you write down every dollar you spend? If you do, then you will spend less money than otherwise. There are iPhone apps for that (I use one called MoneyBook).

That's not a bad idea actually, I might give it a go.

I am going to spin this differently.

OP, while thriftiness is a good trait, YOU resurrected your own 10 month dormant thread. You seem to agonize and spend a lot of energy worrying about this trait. Therefore, it is a problem. You should consider perhaps counseling on this issue to allay your concerns about your decision-making process. We do have a resident Shrink lurking around here.

I used to spend 1500 without a thought. Now I'm so I decisive and feel sick if I spend a lot of money. I don't know how/why I changed

Get used to using cash. It's easy to spend money when all you have to do is swipe a card, but you give things a second thought when you have to get/spend cash.

It's called maturity and (depending on your circumstances) responsibility.

That's what I always do. Also keeps your payment activity private. I like to live a private life.
