Little value to buy a Mac in my region unless used professionally as they are never discounted. I knew this was coming so replaced most of my HW 2025, barring my MBP as that will remain serviceable for a good while. TBH would have been more appropriate to raise the 256 model by less as it has half the ram of the 512. But both models are increased by $100... Apple being Apple.

Still, the $699 Neo is quite a deal when compared with any $699 Windows or Chromebook device. Mine was $599, but I wouldn't have rejected it if the original price was $699.
