Why is this in Chinese in my iCloud?

Hello. I was just looking at my iCloud and noticed my voice memos has Chinese next to it. I’ve never seen this and I check this frequently. Any ideas? Thank you.

Do you have Chinese as a language installed? Do you use the Chinese App Store? Perhaps you downloaded the Voice Memo app from the Chinese App Store?

Hi, no. I’ve never changed anything and it’s always been on my phone. I didn’t download it. Hmm.

It's a glitch, I've seen it on my own phone. It went away eventually.
