Like I said, any Macbook is supposed to turn off at 90 degrees. So if your laptop is hitting that temp, something is wrong.
 
The OP mentioned that he read about a heat problem with the 13" MBP. Well I thought I should chime in with my experience using the MBP. Mine runs very cool. In fact I have never even felt it get hot or anything close. Best computer I have ever owned hands down. :D

If you are measuring CPU temp then it will easily hit 90º, mine hit 100º under heavy load before undervolting, now it only hits about 80º.
 
MB White at 150C

13" MB White. iStat Nano reports that my CPU averages around 60F with casual web browsing on Firefox (8 tabs open) and a few other apps sitting open in the background. From what I've been reading, that's over normal. 30 minutes of YouTube will usually cause it to overheat & shut down. Should I be concerned, and how do I remedy this?
