I noticed it when I tried to play my iTunes match. Song's in the cloud would not play, so I tried to download them. That's when it started for me. Only way to get rid of it was reboot and not play any iCloud music.

So still not fixed for you?

Well it looks like it had nothing to do with ping after all, I can still get on Ping.

I noticed this last night ~11p EST, tried to install/update on the iPad (3rd Gen) a few times, re-booted, no luck, figured it was a problem upstream. This morning, tried again, no problem (did have to read the TOS one more time :) ).

Just tried on my 4S, no TOS at all (assumed it was per account vs. device but never really thought about that until just now...), updated apps no problem. iTunes on my MBP seems fine.

Hit a bug at night, fixed the next morning, doesn't seem like a huge deal ...

*shrugs*

Looks like apple needs another Steve to get itself back together

CAUSE I CAN'T DOWNLOAD MY APPS!!!!!

Everything is safe in the iCloud.

Just remember, whenever this happens, there will be another
iClod overhead in a couple of hours or days with a special,
sleek and hip silver lining and you'll be able to download your stuff again.

Don't worry, be happy. Thank you for your patience.

Mine has not be working correctly since yesterday. I was able to download an app yesterday morning/afternoon but by night i couldn't do anything, i thought it was my phone but i guess it wasn't. How long is this suppose to last? Some say its fixed but it definitely is not fixed yet.

I was having this issue also. I couldn't download any of my tunes in the cloud. Signing out of the music store and then signing back in fixed it for me.

Think privileges and permissions. A lot of problems like this can originate because developers like to run with root privs. Then the thing hits beta testing and hangs up, so the beta testers elevate to admin privs in the interests of expediency. By the time it sneaks past QA, no one remembers that the thing has any access issues for an account with just standard privileges.

So some little file with a byte of info in it can't be written by the end user who answers a question or provides a password or whatever, and the module that reads the file can't find the answer, which was never recorded, so asks the question again... and again... and...

Something like that tends to get resolved early only if someone inside (with a lot of clout) who uses a standard-privileged runner setup calls to complain about a feature that requires admin privs and should not reasonably require them. Otherwise such complaints tend to be ignored. Then it's end users who discover the problems. They get ignored too, for awhile, until they count in the hundreds of thousands.

Of course this problem could be (or have been) related to something else but my money's about 70% on a privilege issue.

the solution (I think?)

Specify to email yourself a copy of the User Agreement when prompted (and also. if I recall, scroll to the bottom of the agreement and click "Accept"). After I did this, the endless loop stopped...

I got stuck in a loop of this pop up one after another, had to hard reset. It's not fixed.

I'm having problems with iTunes Match. Songs won't play or download. Anyone found a fix for it?

Clicking on individual apps sends me to a blank page, been this way for me the last 8 hours

Same here. Resolved the popup issue, but now cannot access individual apps - either from a list (New & Noteworthy), top lists, etc. also cannot view/download via a direct link from other source (i.e. AppZap, from a website, etc).

Tried a workaround by trying to download something I purchased on my iPad. No go. I cannot access my purchased apps list either.

I thought it was just me, too. I even submitted a support ticket to Apple. Very annoying.

Any luck with this ticket?

I keep getting the 4002 error message when iTunes Match is trying to update and 3131 when trying to redownload previous purchases. This is driving me nuts. This has been going on for nearly two weeks and the whole process just keeps looping like everyone on here states.

Are we gonna get a refund for our Annual iTunes Match subscription?

podcast/app issues

I have been downloading a podcast since 9am this morning on wi-fi, still only 106 of 137mb downloaded. Just speed tested the wifi here, and it was 20.8 Mbps. It shouldn't take 8 hours to download this. Is this the same looping issue? Only had to accept the terms once earlier...

Still not working... i've tried restarting the phone twice, not sure what the hell could be causing this as it hasn't been an issue at all until last night. Can access apps on the macbook, just not the iphone....
