Will 2x2gb RAM from a MacbookPro work in my Mac Mini?

My friend has offered me 2x2GB DDRM3 1066mhz from his Macbook Pro. Will they work on the latest Mac Mini? He is offering me £20 for them which is a bargain considering they are about £40+ new.
