I like rose gold, I have a rose gold watch (not an apple watch..). I do like the "rose gold" iPhone but it's clearly pink lol. If you like it who gives a crap what people say.

You ordered it because you loved the color?! We won't be having any of that straight-forward common sense crap here!:D

I dont understand that str8/gay thing at all. Im gay, but not buying that colour because i dont like it. Nothing to do with the thing what i am.. For people who are unsure to call it as pink, there is a very neutral choice: "It is the colour of berry porridge."

The color is kindof a moot point anyway since everyone immediately jams their phone in a giant friggin' case since the damn thing is so slippery.

That's actually one of the reasons why I don't have a case. I was trying cases on my phone at the Apple store yesterday. While I wouldn't be completely opposed to some of them, I hated the way that they covered up the phone so much that the color could barely be seen.

How far from color variation is your rose gold watch from the rose gold iPhone? Can you post a pic said by side?
Real rose gold looks almost like gold. So much so that I would say the average person won't tell the difference if not next to yellow gold. I actually saw a pick of some rose gold wedding bands on top of the rose gold phone. That made the phone look downright pink. The bands just looked like regular gold next to the phone.

you need to refresh your history.... pink was once male color and blue was feminine ..

The ignorance and sexism in this forum is beyond comprehension !!!
Yep. And your pink phone will be exceptionally manly once you score the new rose gold ItimeMachine and go back to that time.

My last phone was a SCREAMING hot pink Moto X. I didn't give a **** about what anyone thought because, simply put, it was a badass shock of color. I bought it FOR ME because *I* liked it.

The same thing applies for why I bought the rose gold iPhone 6s Plus. The color is for my own enjoyment. It has nothing to do with anyone else.

It really is unfair of you to make that kind of assumption about anyone and project your biases onto them.
This is the best response on this topic that I've read. Thanks for injecting some reality into this thread. I couldn't agree more!

So last week I ordered myself the Rose Gold iPhone 6s 64 GB, which should be arriving this Thursday night (night delivery by Typhone ftw). :)

I don't give a damn about what people will think. Rose Gold just looks so nice compared to the Space Gray or silver models. And gold doesn't quite fit me, haha. And after all, I definitely need a change. I mean, all of my iPhones (iPhone 3G, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s and iPhone 6) have been black/space gray. Gotta do something about that, right? :p

The Rose Gold seems to be the color of the "Red/Pink" portion my moms Mothers Day Tri-color gold necklace she got a long time ago.

I don't know why people are in denial about it being pink...its pink. Lol.

I had a Nintendo DS Lite in the same color and it was 100% pink even if it was metallic.

That said I don't care about what color phone someone has.
