Maybe being direct with this guy is best?

You're an idiot. That is a scam to take your money and give you ****. If something isn't even released on the creators website how the hell would it be available on ebay.

many sellers sell like that guy
the seller have a shop and it says 505 buyers from it and he is in UK.

you too again, you don't respect other peoples

yes for what ??

i asked 3 ?s

o_o

Man I hate when people reply to threads in a rush, just to be the first comment. Its sad. Just ignore his dumbass and move on.

Regarding your questions though, I dont see how the software update will fix the reception issue. If I was in your position, I would wait. I'm waiting but thats because I'm from Canada, we don't have an option in the first place. but I would wait regardless, because you cant predict the outcome, I know apple will do their best to hide this issue, whethere they fix it annonymously remains to be seen. Regardless You dont have much to loose, waiting an extra couple of days or a week wont hurt. They might patch their manufactoring process and cover it up, or the software fix might be enough to fix it. Regardless they wont take the hit and admit it.

Thanks
AE

1) If it was sold legitimately on eBay it would have a proper "end of auction," notation, not an "item removed."

2) If you want to spin the roulette wheel, go ahead. Just know you ARE gambling, and as alway, the odds are against you winning. Please do not post "Help, I've been ripped off on eBay" if it doesn't turn out well for you. That's all I can say. We've tried to warn you.

Hey now that was not nice...
He has been very nice including to this post of you insulting him.

And the ebay ad was pulled since it was flagged by ebay. It didnt sell or you would have seen the ad as an ended item
