Apple's own cases are compatible with both the 6(+) and their S follow-up. They state it on their own website.
I know nobody knows 100% for sure (at least nobody that's talking)...wonder how different the hardware of the iPhone 6s+ be from the hardware on the 6+?
The reason I ask, is because I've bought a black Apple leather case and ZAGG glass screen protector already in anticipation of getting an iPhone 6s+ when they're released...since both products were sold out quickly last year with the release of the 6+. Do you guys think the old cases/screen protectors will still fit given the different camera and FaceTime camera? I see a ton of iPhone 6/6+ cases being sold on other Apple-specific websites...and I'm worried I may have wasted money!
I saw on case mates site that their Naked Tough ones work with both.
Great news, just saved me $50 bucks, thanks. The new cases work with the 6 and 6s. So I feel the old cases will work with the new phones.

There's a stickied thread discussing that aspect of it.I'd be more worried about that glass screen protector. Wonder if that interferes with 3D Touch?
That's like saying a large condom will fit both small and large genitals so a small condom will also work for both. The new cases work with the 6 and 6s. So I feel the old cases will work with the new phones.

Actually, they only state that the S cases are also compatible with the iPhone 6, NOT that the 6 cases are forwardly compatible with the S phones.Apple's own cases are compatible with both the 6(+) and their S follow-up. They state it on their own website.
I'm not so sure they have. Both Spigen, Incipio and UAG have confirmed so.
Which would support what I'm saying about cases being backwardly compatible, but not forward.Apple advertises that their iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 Plus cases will fit the "S" models.
