"Normal" people are still going to notice those, especially the OLED screen.

The screens on the iPhones now are good enough. I'm not gonna be like 'Oh this new £1000 phone has a slightly better screen so I'll splash out on it' when in reality, it's not gonna make much difference at all. It won't be the tipping point between getting the phone and passing on it.

For you maybe not, but for some people OLED coupled with HDR along with the other features it will.

A lot of people who buy iPhones buy them because everyone has them and it's the 'cool' phone to have. They couldn't tell you the difference between HDR and HIV.

Stainless steel is relatively easy to buff clean with a decent metal polish cloth. As long as the scratches aren’t too deep you should be able to keep it looking good for as long as you own it.

Gosh, I wish Apple brought back bumper cases but for iPhone X

iPhone 8 too. That glass back is screaming to be shown off. But the edges are still chip magnets.

it will scratch for sure but just buff it out. This is way better than the aluminum choice. Once that scratches there is no fix.

THIS. I have a s0 SS apple watch. whenever its looking a little dull i give it a quick buff. I have even used mothers to rub out a few deeper scratches. This can't be done with anodized aluminum.

3 letters vs 3 letters < It was honestly the first 3 that came into my head.
Let me try:

A lot of people who buy iPhones buy them because everyone has them and it's the 'cool' phone to have. They couldn't tell you the difference between HDR and DVR.

Rhymes better and both are tech-related.

Alright then, it's not that deep but coool as long as you're happy

Agree. Although the iPhone SE leather case wraps around the bottom.

The unprotected bottom was always a reason why I say avoided the cases.

Apple has new folio cases for the iPhone X & it looks like the bottom has a bit of coverage, but it doesn't seem like it completely covers the bottom.

Waiting to see one in person.

And even easier method is a Cape Cod cloth. I used to use Mothers polish, and then I found how much easier and efficient one of those cloths are.

I’m not a fan of folios, but am keen to see what the X one looks like.

I got an Apppe leather case for my iPhone 7 and the thing that bother me the most is the lack of cover on the bottom. Not because I’m worried that I’ll drop it, but more so with all that dust gaining easy access to the speaker ports and clogging it up.
