I'll wait and see what gets released over autumn.

No. If Apple adds an A5 and Nuance voice features and calls it a day, I'm going to look elsewhere. I've been waiting long enough for a new phone, I'm not going to put up with their laziness.

Apple can just offer a new color and I'll still be on board lol

If you're serious, then it's people like you that are the reason we're probably getting a 4S. Apple fanboys that'll buy whatever Apple put out.

Here is my idea for the new iPhone(s)

iPhone 4S (look like iPhone 4) :)
A5 1Ghz dual-core
768mb ram
7-8 mp camera (back)
3 mp (front)
8GB, 16GB and 32GB
Just $99
---------------------------------
iPhone 5 :D
A5 1.5Ghz dual-core
1-1.3mb ram
9-11 mp camera (back)
6 mp (front)
16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB
Starts at $170

The "low end phone" will only be offered in one memory configuration @ $99. Apple would never offer three different memory configurations at the same price. I also think there is no chance that you see a 64gb phone let alone a 128.
There is simply not enough differentiation between these two at the baseline to justify the cost differential.

I think Apple needs a nice big bite of humble pie. I hope it flops like hell if all they release after nearly a year and a half is an updated iPhone 4. As another poster said, why would you burn your upgrade on a slight upgrade on the same phone? And why would you buy the very expensive iPhone s if you could get the cheaper iPhone 4?
