I got my iPhone 6 last May and in the deal I got I have the choice to buy out my contract the beginning of October for £350 and I recon I can easily get more than that for my 128gb 6 and get the 6s on a new contract. I won't sell the 6 straight away though because of two reasons, A) I'm trying to get my wife(everything she has is Windows) to move to iOS and B) I have my 6 jailbroken so I will keep it until iOS 9 is jailbroken.

I use an android phone for work and was using a Note 4 until I sold it last week and bought a G4, God that was a mistake. What a piece of cr@p that it, great camera though. I have already requested the returns bag to send it back, thank god for the 14 day distance selling rule over here.

I first had a 4, then a 5 now I have a 6 Plus. I've never had any of the "S" versions of the phone but I might get one for the first time this year. If I don't, I wouldn't be too disappointed.

The iPhone 6s would have to be something special for me to upgrade right now. Maybe if it had a better aperture camera for low light photo's, I could be tempted. I think those that bought a 16GB will be the ones more likely to upgrade. It doesn't take much to fill 16GB on a phone, especially if it's used for everything. I think 32GB should be minimum and Apple knows this, which is why I predict a lot of 16GB people upgrading.

I'll take the wait and see approach. The only phone I ever got on launch day was the Iphone 3G and Galaxy Nexus. Every other phone I had was purchase a month or more later.

I think I'm going to. That way next year I can upgrade and renew my contract so I'll have the iPhone 7 as well as the 6s as a spare instead of having my 6 as a spare when the 7 comes out and it already being old.

I wasn't going to until T-Mobile's announcement earlier today. Will be paying the same as 6 ($15/month), so no brainer for me.

Make sure you read the fine print. There is always more than meets the eye with them.
Yes I will make sure before buying it, but so far from what I have read on reddit, tmonews, it looks they meant what they said in the blog post announcement.

I'm going to wait to see what features the 6s has over the 6 before I decide. I usually upgrade each year, but I am considering sitting this one out and stick with my 6 for another year.

I don't usually do the S revisions for the phone but would like 128gb this time around. Hanging close to filling up my 64gb soon.

My history: 4S, 5s, 6. I'm not overly techie, so I got figured the 16gb 6 would be fine (my 16gb 5s worked out great). Horrible mistake, I'm constantly deleting messages, photos, music, etc. It's like 16gb on a 6 is somehow less that 16gb on a 5s.

Definitely opting for the 64gb 6s, taking no chances.

I am a maybe at the moment. I'd be interested in the 6S+ but will see where my situation is nearer the time!

Bought my 64Gb iPhone 6 in November and it's working fine. I generally upgrade only when the battery life starts to diminish significantly. I went from a 4s to a 6 so I don't always get the latest and greatest. My guess is that I'll try to hold out for as long as I can. Upgrading to the 7s sounds like a good time to shell out the cash.

I got a 128GB 6 Plus with the idea of NOT having to upgrade it for a while. After what I've seen released so far for the 6S, I think I'm good for a while.

The next gen always adds something but I have a Plus so I remain a no buy on the next one. The Plus is great, the 6 I did not care for the display size and resolution with my vision. The Plus suffices nicely.

I voted maybe.
The iPhone 6 I own is great, but sometimes I'm tempted by the 6+. If they put some multitasking features on the Plus I may switch to the 6S+ this fall. And I could use 2GB of RAM so that's the main reason to upgrade to the 6S if I'll chose to stick with the 4.7 display

Maybe.

I'm 100% satisfied with my iPhone 6 performance and features. Only thing is that I have 16Gb model. My needs have changed slightly and I find that I need more storage.

But most likely I'll just cope with my 16Gb for another year and upgrade to iPhone 7. Unless 6S offers some outstanding must have features.
