Unless Steve decides to let me choose my own SMS tone and not have the same tones go off 100 times in an office, then no.

This is one of the reasons that I've been satisfied with JB. Choosing a new e-mail tone (no SMS on my plan) is better than the default tone. SBSettings is pretty damn great as well. Apple is better than Android from what I've seen, but Apple just won't let us have any real freedom to play.

Oh, I guess my answer would be no. However, when 4.2 rolls around...:D

no. however its gonna stink cause my buddy is getting a new touch and wants to try facetime when he gets it and i dont think ill be able to facetime with a touch until I install 4.1 cause 4.1 gives the ability to facetime based by email. so hes not gonna understand when i tell him I cant yet haha.

The time I had to wait from launch day until they provided a jailbreak was hard even though the ip4 has a lot of new features. But I love sbsettings and backgrounders I like to listen to my sling app and do other things and you can't with apple's multitasking. I just wish there was a way to keep netflix going when you come out of the app. But in answer to your question no way. I will wait until iphone 5 if I have to.;)

You guys know that you can download the game centre app off cydia now. It's been on there for a good few weeks. Add me on there my name is simply: Eddy

lol i thought i'd get it before it got taken.

i dont see it? where should i be looking?

Isn't 4.2 mainly for the iPad. I mean, 4.2 is basically giving all the features provided in 4.1 for the iPhone for the iPad isn't it?

Ya 4.2 isn't going to have any real features for the iphone/ipod. It's as you said mostly to port the new features to the ipad.

I think it'll bring the safari in-page search and wireless printing to the iPhone/iPod touch. There could also be features that haven't yet been revealed - like HDR photography in 4.1

I no longer trust Apple, so no update for me ever until I update into an Android. I don't care if Apple claim the new OS runs 2 X faster and the battery last until Jesus comes back again. Big Brother can keep his OS
