Rev A on an entirely new piece of kit.

What will they cock up this time? Over heating, crappy/ill-fitting screens, plastic casing pulling apart/not entirely flat where it should be....

And cancer causing separations between glass and bezels. Oh and don't forget the 1 pixel off on the send buttons and other GUI cockups.

Oh well yeah, but thats why we keep TheSpaz around. Someone has to be the "I Spy" specialist.

He can do all the cancer and pixel alignment testing. :D

Oh yes, add those to the list!

It might be great, but I wouldn't be pre-ordering anything. Definitely wait on reviews and general consensus.
Pre-order? Nay, but I'll keep a close eye on it. It has to really blow me out of the water, on to land, and back into the water with a new pair of shoes before I bend over for this one, if it even happens.

No I won't pre order. I'll wait like others have said and wait for reviews before I consider buying it.

I have absolutely zero interest in a tablet. So would not purchase or preorder.

Only thing I am waiting for is a 15" matte MBP. Until then, nothing else I am itching to get.

Silly thread...

There are far too many IF's and BUT's until this thing is actually revealed for anyone to make a solid commitment....

Duff-Man says....I think it is pretty pointless to ask whether someone will pre-order something when there is no knowledge of specs and/or price (not to mention actual existence)....oh yeah!
That's bunk! I'm going to order the PowerBook G5 tomorrow! :p

Oh, wait, you're talking about the tablet, of which we know nothing about.

Seriously, I completely agree with Duff-Man. How can one determine if they are going to purchased a device, let alone pre-order, when we don't know for sure if it will come to fruition? Since it doesn't exist, and we don't know what it will be, do, or the specs, this thread seems pointless.
