Within five minutes of using iOS 7 even looking at an iOS 6 device makes you dry retch.[/

I get this same feeling liking at my family's phones

I can't say until I've used it at the Apple Store, but I don't think i'll be upgrading.

Using it for a short period of time with not do it justice. After being on it since they released the beta I can say that it takes time. I hated it at first, partially due to all the bugs, but now I love it. There is nothing to relearn but there are a lot of new initiative features like spotlight and control center.

Nope, once you jump on the new iOS, there is no way back (not that I know)
If I had iPhone 4 maybe I could consider staying on iOS 6. There is no way I would run iOS 6 on my iPhone 5 having the option of iOS 7.

But each to their own.

Dont they still sign iOS6 for a week after the official release of 7?

If thats not the case, then Apple shouldnt make the case against android over OS fragmentation percentage, since iOS users dont even have a choice of going back. :[

What happens to those users who may not like iOS7 upon the upgrade and go to the apple store to complain about it? Do they just shrug them off? (Im actually curious as to what they do)

Don't take my word for it, I could be wrong!!

But seriously, except from the design preferences (icons look, colours etc) I just don't know why anyone would prefer better an outdated OS that does far less the the newer one.

Its just not my style :p The looks and design are one of the big reasons I moved from android. I like the buttons and gloss iOS used. Ive never like the flat, borderless look of the xBox or outlook UI.

While I would like to give it a fair chance, I would like to be able to downgrade back to the iOS6 if I strongly dont like iOS7. I just want to know the period of time I have to do it. Otherwise I may just stick to 6 until there is a jailbreak for 7.
