There's an estimated 1,000,000,000+ desktops running windows (
source), and .0000000001 would equate to 0
Why do you keep trying to minimizing the problems MS keeps having rolling out their updates?
It seems every month in 2026 and possibly before they've had issues, which they themselves have admitted. I'm posting actual published reports, and in most cases, those reports include the KB article number. Its true that some of these problems impact a smaller pool of users, but that pool isn't zero so its not helpful to sweep these problems under the rug stating its not impacting many people.
If it impacts 10%, we're a hundred million users, 5% is half of that and even 1% is 10 million users - I don't think 10 million users is minuscule.
