I was simply pointing out that there was a another NT kernel that ran on PPC just like the orignal poster was pointing out there was an NT 4.0 kernel that ran on PPC. I wasn't pointing out that there was another commerical verison of NT nor did i state or imply it.

The big news to us is that the XBOX 2 SDK has been seeded to developers on dual Apple Power Mac G5 systems running a custom Windows NT Kernel.

There is even a newer kernel than that ;)

Yeah, since Microsoft already has the source code and has ported to PPC before, that should be fairly simple for them. I can't imagine the kernel changed that much in recent years.
