No. Those aren't Qi-compatible chargers.
I use an S7 for work and have one of these to try out with the X. It's a 3-coil charger so it should work well...

Aside from not being compatible, even if it could, I don't know that the Apple Watch charger could even provide enough power to charge the iPhone 8 efficiently or make enough contact with the small charging puck.
