So maybe the problem is unique to the 64-bit version of Windows 7?
Do you have a 2011 iMac? I had no problem installing ATI drivers on my mid-2010 iMac, but keep getting errors saying essentially "graphics adapter not supported" on my 6970m iMac.

These drivers should work, I'm not sure how much effect they will have with the witcher 2 issues, but they will be MUCH improved over the stock apple drivers. These are the 11.4 drivers. I've heard bad things about the 11.5 drivers.

Yes, I'm on the 3.4GHz upgrade.
I'm going to experiment a little with settings, and I'll post back on the results.

I just installed it on the 2,7Ghz 21,5" and still only 4gb ram and I can run it on high on 1600x900 with no problems.

Turned off AA, SSAO and the blur effects. The blur effect I would turn off no matter what - it annoys me ;)

But I'm on steady 40fps.

Taking it to 1920x1080 fps drops to 25-35 so I'll stick with 1600x900 and cant see much difference.

edit: This is on Windows 7 Prof. without doing any extra things to get it going.

Using the new 21.5' base model w 8Gb ram & the standard 6750M 500Mb card. What sort of graphic settings should I be using?

Using standard vid drivers frm Mac OS disc. And on Win 7 Ultimate.

I'm in the same boat, except i'm running the 11.5b hotfix and have 12 gb RAM. I'm working on figuring out the best settings. I'm thinking that running it at 1280x720 but with some of pretty effects on will be better than native res and no effects.

Download frm the link u guys gave. The installation completed. But nothing happened. I checked the display driver and it's VGA driver installed. Opps.. What did I do wrong?
I actually removed the old version earlier.

Anyway, I used the default drivers from Mac OS disc. And running the game now at 1600 x 900 medium settings. Decent performance. Quite satisfied already.

After playing all weekend, I found the same thing- 1600x900 with medium settings is the sweet spot for the base 2011 iMac.
