I own an original 3G. Haven't used a screen protector, or case, in close to two years. No screen scratches whatsoever, and I keep the thing in my front pocket at all times. So eh, no, no protectors, cases, or anything else that destroys the natural beauty of the phone for me. :D

Only way to fly. ;)

Too bad 3G is a smudge magnet compared to 3GS.

I'm a woman and adore technology and want to protect it as much as possible, but I also adore the feel of the naked glass. So no, I won't be getting a screen protector for mine. I will, however, probably get something (case or Bumper-style thing) to protect the rest of the device.

Has everyone here WATCHED the video of the new iPhone's screen? The glass is literally bent 30 degrees and doesn't crack ... that's certainly a testament to it's strength!
