Did it come with the apple cutout or did you request it? The site doesn't show it and I would prefer it to not be there honestly. Also is that walnut or ebony?

Got my Toast case for iPhone 6 and am loving it. My one did not come with the apple cutout which I am thankful for as I love that all wood back feeling.
