Okay, can anyone explain this one? I’ve been running into comments saying (usually in all caps) “You ate!” Whaaaat? Anyone know what this means???
I guess it means "nailed it". Like nailing smn with pneumatic nailer is also not a good thing but in the context it is used like an affirmative word. Almost like sharks clapping each other for eating that seal. From google:Okay, can anyone explain this one? I’ve been running into comments saying (usually in all caps) “You ate!” Whaaaat? “She ate", “he ate”, or “they ate” is a slang phrase used to express admiration and praise for someone who has done a great job at something.
What does Ate mean?
She/he/they ate is a slang term often used in the context of fashion, music, or performance, but can be used in a variety of other contexts as well. The phrase "she ate" means doing it with style. When someone “eats” it means they’ve done something impressively.

Can’t say I really hate it, but it is a weird contraction.
- I am
- I am going to
- I am a
Dunno."Anyways" or "Anywayzzz"
What's wrong with "Anyway" anyway?
In the 1990s, anything with a "Z" got extra points. (As I'm writing this, I'm thinking Zed or Zeddo, and not Zee.)"Anyways" or "Anywayzzz"
What's wrong with "Anyway" anyway?

"Anyways" is not correct.Interesting that "anyways" is correct, but "towards" is not. Both should be wrong.

OK thanks for this enlightening news. /sOk, the Australian Word of the Year, according to the Macquarie Dictionary, is "******tification".
Basically it means that the world is going to hell in a hand basket, which we all know, and really don't need another word for it.
I have never seen or heard this word, until the announcement in my news stream.
I hate it already. I hope to never see or hear it again.
Bruh?If I hear ‘bro’ one more time, I think I’ll vomit. 🤮
That's just excremental. 😆Ok, the Australian Word of the Year, according to the Macquarie Dictionary, is "******tification".
