The first time I typed "Menlo Park" on my (Android) phone it turned into "Menopause Park."

I only noticed after I sent the text.

Combine that with my experience, and we can conclude that iOS has no idea about tech.

for always gets corrected to fir. makes no sense because i have never used fir in a text. you'd think it would have learned by now...

There are so many. Pretty much every sentence my autocorrect changes to something I don't want. :p

Can't think of any off the top of my head though.

So, you don't watch movies.

On the other hand, I have no idea what mhm means.

"Mhm" is a word in common usage, mostly used in spoken form, and is more of a sound than it is a word. I believe it falls under the literary device of onomatopoeia, meaning it is a word that sounds just like it is spelled.

It can be defined as a universal sound of agreement when spoken. It transcends most language barriers, especially when accompanied with a nodding of the head.

I think that's hmm

I think that's hmm

You thought wrong. The sound of "hmm" is more inquisitive in verbal use, and usually means that the person didn't hear or understand what you were saying, especially if they stress the ending 'm'. If they stress more of the beginning 'hm', that's just more of an internal thought to them verbalized.
