Try that first. And maybe try disabling one or both of the others afterwards.

What audio app are you using? The Spotify watch app has always been flaky but recently even Apple's Music app seems to have problems.

Did you try what I suggested to @Buadhai : checking the watch app is up to date, rebooting etc?

Rebooting fixed it. WOD is 6.3.19 on both my phone and AW.
