I have windows 7 on my MBA via Bootcamp and just found World of Ships in open beta (on my Windows 7 Bootcamp), and I love it, although I will never spend any real money on the game. I am downloading World of Tanks, which says it's contained in a Mac Wrapper onto my MacBook Air. If this works can I install World of Ships in a Mac Wrapper?

Thanks for your help,

If you are running bootcamp on it, why would you download WoT with a Mac wrapper? Best performance would be windows native. Btw, I've tried WoT on my wife's 1.3Ghz i5 MBA (Windows 7) and it does not run adequately.

Yeah I am just playing World Of Warships under Bootcamp and Windows 7. I love this game! And it works really, really, well. Still in Open Beta and can't get enough of this game. Don't even care about World Of Tanks, or World of Planes! But World Of Ships rocks!

You don't need to run Bootcamp to run mods. The Mac wrapper is fully compatible with mods.

Just got a new WoWS wrapper from CodeWeavers, and it works really well so far. It's on par with the WoT wrapper. Both work so well that I'd never bother to boot into BC to play anymore.
