He sounds nice, like most of the Apple employees.

Now, the wake up call. Do you SERIOUSLY THINK APPLE WOULD REPLACE A PHONE THAT YOU DROPPED?

If i buy a Lamborghini and hit the stop sign on the way out of the parking lot, are they going to give me a new one? No.

If i drop a jar of pickles outside of the grocery store, is the store going to give me a new jar?

lol@ breaking your phone by dropping it and expecting them to give you a new one

lol another smart one from alaska lol

I will say that Apple is likely not to be as nice with their iPhone customers as their Mac ones for a variety of reasons. Mainly because the iPhone customers and users have a different sorta of vibe and reputation compared to the Mac users.

Also the precedent it sets is ridiculous. The glass being defective cannot be caused by you dropping the phone. Imagine Cupertino telling users to test and see if their glass is defective by dropping their phones on the ground?

i know. look at all the anal people who get their iphone replaced (FOR FREE) 2 or 3 or more times and still complain.

You should've known that you would get flamed for posting something like this. On another note, I can't believe how you think that since someone sugar coated it for you, it was good customer service and when someone gave you the cold hard truth it was WORST Apple customer service.

Just my 2c.

Apple has the best customer service! They let my use 5 defective iPhones for $500 and then on the 6th one, I kept it!

Seriously... Apple is very nice to their customers and I think they are much more understanding than most companies but, they will not tolerate people who ruin their products and try and return them for new ones.
