I started this thread about my experience. I basically had to search forums and have someone else tell me what AT&T was F%^&ING up so that I may be able to tell them how to fix it. Finally found a manager of a CORE store tat actually knew WTF I was talking about when going in.

It's the single reason why I hadn't been able to order a phone (I would have succeeded both on pre-order day AND launch day otherwise). Most of the reps just kept pushing for me to order through AT&T directly; that's great and all except I would have had to do this forever had we not fixed the account issues.
 
I had a similar issue but with Sprint. If you can believe it i was transferred a record 10 times. From supervisor to supervisor because no one wanted to ****ing work.

An urgent ticket was finally put in and resolved in 3 days. What a headache.
 
Well good news this morning. They did fix the issue and the line is now avail for an upgrade.. Now to find one in store. That yet is another feat of its own.
