Worst song ever?

The Troll song, from the Three Billy Goat's Gruff, seems to be perfectly apt to your first post on your first day.

Any rap song, any hip hop song, any song heavier than the old Metallica stuff, and Mmmmmmbop are tied for Worst Songs Ever.
 
You know... rap wasn't always stupid. Now it's just beyond excuses. I used to sit back and laugh at the media and fashions in poor nations, now we have all that at home.
 
Sounds like cats fighting + scratching nails on a chalkboard + a high-pitched whiney voice.
 
this is all subjective. perhaps there can never be a worst song ever since no one would ever be able to gain unanimous agreement.
 
Worst song on my iTunes - The Dark is Rising by Mercury Rev. It just sounds so bad, like their other songs on that album are melodic, beautiful. That track is just an actual pain on the ears.

Stuff I hear on the radio? Heavy metal that doesn't appear to be a song, just shouting/screaming. Rap with it's awful lyrics. Almost every pop song I've heard in the past decade. Mass produced, harmful, cancerous rubbish.
 
She's a walking slutting gimmick.

If you don't have any real talent, take it all off and make a damned fool of yourself. People will pay attention to your father-lacking ass.

I'm not a fan of her music either, but I understand why she's big. Pop has never been about talent - it's all about marketing. She's got a personality that's very, very marketable. Perhaps not to people like us, though. 😉
