I dropped from 1.25 GB to 768MB for about a week while I RMA'd a dead stick .... and it makes a big difference.

So you would recommend dropping $80 to upgrade my total RAM from 768 MB to 1.25 GB? What kind of apps do you run?

I want to make sure before I sink the cash.

Yes, I did exactly this before Christmas. The improvement is evident immediately.
