Then your signature makes you look uneducated, or worse partially educated while believing you are fully educated, as you are stating a grammatical fact, which is not actually a fact; however, the more than bit is correct. Also, "could" should not be capitalized as it would never be the first word in any sentence that contains that phrase.

If I want corrections in my grammar, I think I can do better than someone with "32 Giggity Giggity Gigg-i-ty" in their signature

How exactly have you "put me down"?

Despite your best attempts, you have failed in all but self delusion.....But we both know that don't we little friend?

You haven't got any legs to stand on when addressing other people's failures. Time and again, you've accentuated what an intellectually inept individual you are. Latest example below.

Indeed it could be correct, provided that you could in fact care less than you do, which is often not the manner in which it is used.

This was never in doubt, we are speaking to somebody who hasn't got a clue.

So you can't defend yourself when it comes to discussing this initial thread topic so you turn your attention to my signature which you still depend on someone else to (wrongly) pick flaws in.

Firstly, it's plainly obvious to anybody with a modicum of intelligence my signature addresses the fact that people often use the term "Could care less" when actually they mean "Couldn't care less". Because the exact wording of my signature is "Couldn't care less", not "Could care less" there is no error since it is merely pointing out that the two things are not the same. Capitalization is erroneous since a sentence could very well begin with either of these expressions as a response to a statement of fact or intention. I find it depressing that I must point out such basic nuance of the English language but there you go...Depressing but not surprising.

Secondly, the zeal with which you eagerly brown nose a fellow contributor on this thread tells us much about your character. For example, when faced with someone who actually calls you out on your statements of fact you attempt to weasel your way out of it and quickly seek refuge behind the comments of another poster in order to detract from your own (vast) inadequacies.

You are my little friend, truly laughable and transparent as to make crystal seem opaque by comparison. On the bright side, you are I trust, bio degradable. Until that happy day comes, try not to steal too much oxygen there's a good chap.

You wouldn't of thought that after attacking someone's grammar he would then make an error himself after being reminded of the one spotted in his sig! :D

Yum yum, don't you just love that brown stuff!

The sense of desperation is clear here. I no longer see reason to reply to you extensively after showcasing to us what an imbecile of a person we are actually communicating with.

With that being said, I hope you contract an unpleasant disease sometime soon. ;)

I accept your full, unconditional surrender!;)

I love seeing you get angry, nothing feels quite as satisfying!

OK, ok. I had a really good but pretty unkind response to this all lined up but I'm going to keep it under wraps.

Rovex, I'm not going to argue with you anymore since this has become way too personal and I'm not proud of my part in it. I'm going to try and be the bigger man here and walk away since we're clearly not going to see eye to eye. I hope the iPad 3 comes with a retina screen and that you're really happy with it....Personally I'd prefer a file system and user profiles of some description but there you go.

I hope you live a long, happy, healthy fulfilling life and I'm sorry for the bio degradable remarks....That was beyond the pale and said in the heat of the moment.

i'll admit i didn't read most of the last page or two of fighting, but i do think buried beneath the internet argumentativeness is an interesting topic, which this article discusses:

http://theelaborated.net/blog/2011/4/13/consider-the-retina-display.html#fnr9-2011-04-13

for what it's worth, i'm definitely waiting at least until ipad 3 for a retina display. i've been totally spoiled by the iphone 4's display, and when i read text on the ipad 2 (which will be a primary function for my ipad when i buy one), it looks weirdly grainy to me. i'm not saying it's a bad display; i just REALLY like the ppi of the iphone 4.

if ipad 3 doesn't have that pixel density, or if ipad 3 doesn't come in the next year, i'll look at used ipad 2s and compare them to the benefits of whatever ipad 3 adds, and get my first ipad then, as at that point i'll want/need one for my career.
