Lol, what? I love getting brand new tech, but even I wouldn't say the Air 2 is quite old now. In fact... It is the current generation. There is literally nothing out from Apple in the same form factor that is updated beyond the Air 2. I realize this will probably change in a matter of days when the pro version comes out (or is announced)... But I think it's a little silly to say that THE CURRENT GENERATION is quite old.
I think I liked it better back in the day when people bought Apple products precisely because they lasted so long; I'm sick of this yearly update model and last year's (or in this case, the current model) is considered old. But I know Apple loves it, because they can roll out new products constantly and get people with disposable income to buy into the business model.
