I want to get the iPhone SE space Gray 64GB phone, and I need it ASAP, since my current phone is broken.

T-Mobile has a special deal on it right now, they are selling it for $409, but it's not in stock at any local store, so I'd have to order it and it'd take 5-7 days to get here. That's too long.

The Apple web site says my local Apple store has it in stock, so I can go over there and get it immediately, but I'd have to pay $449. Would the Apple Store honor the T-Mobile price?

It depends on the store. I bought an iMac a while back at bestbuy but went to apple when the HDD failed. The manager came out and said she would have priced matched bestbuys $100 off if I had come in. So it doesnt hurt to try.

Nope. Like said above, you can try, but the answer will be "No."

I've been told by my Apple Store they will price match up to 10% off. And I found this article on it too
https://www.engadget.com/2013/12/04/apple-stores-now-price-matching-ipads-iphones-and-macs/
Again, I've been told differently, and that article is quite old. However, it's still possible, and it never hurts to ask.

Here's a more recent article from cNet:

Here's the MRF thread from 2013:

Here's another I found:

Yep, best advice would be to just call them and ask. Refer to the articles on here and hope for the best. I have a feeling there's a good chance they'll do it. The only problem may be because the item isn't in stock at the place you want them to price match. Best Buy won't price match unless the item is in stock.

Also, all of the verbiage says "up to 10%," so if it's more than that, it appears as if you must go to 3rd party retailer.

Not a T-Mobile customer, so maybe I'm missing something. However, I see the T-Mo web site price for that phone is $384. Could you order it from T-Mo, and pay for overnight shipping? Even if they charge $25, that's the same $409 you were going to pay in-store.
