Would you buy a thicker iPhone?

Rumor has it that it will be made out of a slightly thicker and stronger aluminum alloy. I am betting the camera still protrudes.

Hope Apple finds that thinner is not always better!

No one can break thickness barrier when device is thin enough.

I would prefer a thicker device for a larger battery.

Preferably not. My hands are small and the thinness of the 6 is what makes it usable for me. I have a thin portable battery that will do 2 full charge cycles that I can take with me in my purse for extended events. I'd rather do that than have to use a thicker phone all the time. Especially considering that with having a charger in the vehicle and plugins available at events (conferences for example not random bars. Ha ha.) I rarely need my portable battery.

I would love a thicker phone with a bigger battery. I find the iPhones are too thin to begin with.

I honestly can't wait till we see 5mm iPhones (probably not till iPhone 8 or 9 if the thinness trend continues.) I wouldn't be surprised one bit if the iPhone 7 was around 6.1mm - 6.4mm.

It amazes me and is quite impressive on a technology level how Apple packs so much into such thin things. (Current iPhones and the new retina 12" MacBook.)

I wish Apple would take a look at these results. Sure it's a small sample, but it's pretty unanimous (87%) that people would rather have 1-2mm thicker iPhones if it means we get to enjoy better battery life, better durability, and no camera bump.

If you need a larger battery just buy a battery case? They make some that are VERY slim now.

Imo the 5c is the perfect size and shape for a phone. I just don't like my ip6.

I would absolutely prefer a thicker phone for a bigger battery. Battery life is among my top considerations for a phone. I don't understand this need for a phone to be as thin as possible. During my time with the iphone 6, i felt it was much to fragile. I didn't mind the camera bump, but if i had a choice, i'd prefer it flush.

The 6/6 plus is impossible to hold and use without a case, yes i would prefer a slightly thicker iPhone.

Absolutely, I HATE thin iPhones. Can't even hold the stupid things without putting a thick case of them.
